Natural Twenty is a dynamic and cosmopolitan band based in Calgary, AB that blends funk, jazz, soul, and R&B. Originally a blues rock project, the band has evolved and grown under the leadership of Frederick Fernandez (vocals), Jason Cillo (guitar), and Robin Cillo (drummer), who are all Canadian-born Filipinos. The band draws inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences such as Anderson Paak, Tom Misch, Hiatus Kaiyote, and Snarky Puppy and has been compared to iconic artists like Jamiroquai, Phony Ppl, and Sublime with vocals akin to Bruno Mars and John Legend.

Natural Twenty has made it their mission to inspire and uplift their community, particularly younger BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals in the local music scene. They've participated in numerous cultural events and collaborate with LGBTQ+ musicians to promote greater inclusivity and acceptance. Their virtuosity, dedication, and passion are palpable in every performance, and their debut EP, Cantrips, is a testament to the start of their career in the Canadian music scene.
