Indie Week Returns Nov. 9-13 With Latest Online Conference for Independent Musicians
Indie Week's latest online music industry conference for independent artists kicks off next week and will run from Nov. 9-13, 2021. The first lineup of speakers has now been released and will a leading conference legendary drummer Marky Ramone (The Ramones); Michael Athony Alago of Elektra Records (i.e. the man who signed Metallica); Margaret McGuffin of Music Publishers Canada; and Rebecca Webster of the CMRRA.
Over the course of five days, the online event will present 100+ speakers across more than 50 sessions. The wide array of topics will include sync licensing, royalties, publishing, livestreaming, songwriting, artist development, and a lot more.
